In California!

We are in California for Thanksgiving week visiting Tim's parents and family. We are having a terrific time-well, besides Palmer having a peepee accident on their couch while he was sleeping; Camden throwing up on their carpet; AND Brooks spilling a large cup of water on the nice wood floors. BESIDES THAT, we are having a great time! The weather is great and we've been outside for 3 days now. We are going to Knott's Berry Farm tomorrow...stay tuned for more pics!

Flashin' Back...a WHOLE 2 WEEKS!!

I was clearing my memory stick when I realized I hadn't posted my activities from Halloween morning! I volunteered to help Brooks' class carve a pumpkin, and in the process teach the kids about counting seeds, weight, and whether or not pumpkins float. I tried to have the Halloween spirit and I dressed as a "good witch". Brooks wasn't too impressed. This was again when my parents were in town. I miss them now. We had a terrific visit. So, here's to the flashbacks...of only 2 weeks! BTW...you can see that I didn't decorate as extensively as most houses in our neighborhood. I just do some orange "fallish" natural decor. You can imagine how lame my kids think I am around this time, since they constantly tell me, "When I grow up, I'M going to have a SCARY house." You do that, kids.... :-)

Flashin' Back...

These pics are from the last time we were in Oklahoma...when it wasn't 100 degrees! I miss fall, and since it's 80 degrees here today, I just wanted to post pics from a different temperature perspective. The pic of Palmer in his stroller was taken outside of the OKC Zoo, and the other two were taken in front of my mom & dad's house in Edmond. I especially love the pumpkin tree she made that year, and someday want to duplicate it. Anyhoo...HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!

Awww...these were good times AFTER Camden got back on track. Palmer was the first one to the door every time!! He really knew what to do this time, and the other two let him be the leader. They got plenty of treats, and enjoyed our neighborhood--we are a trick-or-treating destination! Hope you enjoy all the pics!

The Evolution of Camden on Halloween...

Halloween was great this year--the weather was great, my parents were here, and almost everything went as planned....UNTIL it was time to take my yearly pics of the kids in the backyard. Cam, in her defense, had been feeling a bit under the weather, and decided to take a nap Friday afternoon. We had to wake her up to get her costume on, and from there, things went downhill. Fortunately she did rebound in attitude after a few houses of trick-or-treating. It was so amusing to see this angel be such a devil!!





And these were all in chronological order but my computer reversed the order....more to come....

My FIRST Florida/Georgia Game!

Since Mom and Dad are in town, Tim and I were able to go to Florida/Georgia in Jacksonville, Florida. (This is like OU/Texas.) It was CRAZY, but we had a good time. AND the Gators blasted the Dawgs, 49-10, making it an even better trip!! Good times!!
